like the sea undulating across the shoreline, my feelings for you comes and goes.

sadness and loneliness come together hand in hand.

a little melancholic, a dash of loneliness, mixed with a tinge of regret for wasting my time with you.

better now than never though.

I’m sad it ended over something like this.

initially, I felt pretty complacent about the whole situation. I liked you, but I wasn’t even really sure of my feelings for you. it had all happened so fast, so quickly.

you said all those things to me and then you just decided to give up whatever you felt for me over this. when we had that talk, though, that’s when I realized I liked you a lot more than I let myself to believe, but that’s all for naught now.

as the days continue to pass, I’m becoming more bitter about the whole situation. I would like to thank you for the closure though. it’s such a relief to have closure. it’s something the last guy never gave to me.

I hope you find a girl who can give you what I couldn’t give to you.
